Amy Cederberg, Move-In Coordinator
Amy brings both personal experience and a genuinely warm spirit to her role as Move‑In Coordinator at Modena Green Oaks. Having supported her own family members through similar transitions, she understands how emotional and overwhelming these moments can feel. That understanding is what inspires her to welcome new families with kindness, patience, and a reassuring presence. From the moment she first visited the community, she knew it was a place where she could make a meaningful difference for others.
In her role, Amy finds her greatest purpose in guiding families through every step of the move‑in journey. She leads with compassion, clear communication, and a heartfelt commitment to making each experience as smooth and positive as possible. Whether she’s answering questions, coordinating details, or simply offering a calming smile, Amy strives to ensure residents and their loved ones feel comfortable, supported, and truly at home. Helping families feel at ease is what she loves most about her work.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband of 20 years, their three children, and their beloved rescue dog of 12 years. Her kids are each in exciting stages of life—one has graduated college, one is currently in college, and her youngest is in her final year of high school. She loves cheering them on at sporting events, and she’ll happily admit that a jumbo pretzel with cheese from the concession stand is her game‑day weakness. She also enjoys being outdoors, whether she’s cruising on a pontoon or sitting by a fire making s’mores.
Amy’s ideal vacation is a cruise with her husband, where she can combine her love of travel with her joy in meeting new people. She loves connecting with others from all walks of life and embracing the chance to explore new countries, cultures, and experiences together.
