Drawn to the community by a deep desire to care for others, Margo finds the greatest joy in creating dishes that bring happiness to residents each day. “Being able to make residents smile through food is what inspires me most,” he shares, embracing every opportunity to elevate their dining experience.

Outside of the kitchen, Margo enjoys spending time outdoors, especially gardening and working in nature. He values time with his family and loves relaxing at home with his cat. A college graduate with a strong foundation in his craft, Margo continues to bring warmth, dedication, and creativity to his role. His dream vacation? Soaking up the sun and vibrant culture of Cancun.
