He knew right away it was the right place to continue work that allows him to make a meaningful impact each day.

As Director of Facilities, Steven oversees maintenance, housekeeping, and night security, blending operational oversight with a genuine desire to help others. He finds purpose in the behind‑the‑scenes moments that shape residents’ daily experiences. Compassion is the value that guides him most, influencing how he leads his team and how he supports residents and families.

Steven has worked in senior living for more than a decade and brings a steady, service‑driven approach to his role. He is known for his reliability, kindness, and commitment to creating a safe, comfortable environment for everyone who calls Modena Green Oaks home.

Outside of work, Steven enjoys listening to music, watching sports, and spending time on the water. He is a devoted 49ers fan and part of a blended family with five children, along with one energetic dog. His perfect vacation would be a dream sports trip: watching the 49ers at the Super Bowl in San Francisco!
